At C.R. Clowes and Son Ltd, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, we are here to help. Please carefully review our returns and faulty items policy below:
Returning Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 working days of receiving the item. We want to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Once we receive your return request, we’ll guide you through the next steps to either exchange the product or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
In the case of a faulty or damaged item, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please ensure the item is returned securely and safely in its original packaging where possible.
Returning Non-Faulty Items
If you simply change your mind or decide you no longer need the product, you can still return it within 14 days of receiving your order. To ensure the return is processed correctly, we kindly ask that:
The product is unused, in resalable condition, and with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
Personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
To return non-faulty items, please follow these steps:

Include Returns Slip: Ensure you include the returns slip with your parcel to speed up the processing of your return.
Secure Packaging: Package the item securely to avoid any damage during the return transit.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure your return arrives safely. We cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, it is possible that we can arrange this provided the item meets our returns criteria (unused, in original packaging, etc.). Please contact us to discuss the exchange, and we will assist you in arranging this.
Exceptions to the Returns Policy
Please note that certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or the nature of the product:
Personalised, custom-made, or bespoke items (unless faulty)
Health and beauty products that have been opened or used
Perishable goods (such as food items) unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt
These exceptions are in line with consumer protection laws.
Statutory Rights
This returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights. If the product you receive is faulty or not as described, your statutory rights entitle you to a full refund, repair, or replacement.
